Enhanced Technical Support and Professional Services

Drawing on three decades of in-house experience in developing and implementing mobile computing solutions, Micronet is pleased to announce the availability of new and enhanced technical support and expert development services.

Three levels of service are now being offered, as described below, all designed to facilitate our customers' MDT development work and reduce time to market.

Development Tool Kit (DTK) Support

Standard support, offered at no extra charge, to customers who purchased Micronet DTKs.

  • Scope: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and issues related to the use of Micronet's DTK elements (Software and Hardware).
  • Communication via email, support@micronet.co.il
  • Standard response time, 1-3 business days.

Developer Support Services

Consultation by Micronet engineers, on application development and integration tasks. The service is offered on a ‘Retainer’ basis.

  • Scope: General technical support, code review, debugging, SW and HW engineering consultation.
  • Minimum 10 hours support package @ $2,000.
  • Service calls are billed in 30-minute increments.
  • Communication via email, support@micronet.co.il
  • Standard response time, 1-2 business days.

Professional Services - Custom Development

Custom software application development and integration services, quoted based on specific customer requirements, and managed by a Micronet Project manager.

  • Scope: Application design and system analysis, programming and integration, documentation, general technical support, maintenance. Minimum initial project value $15,000.
  • Communication via email or telephone, directly with designated project team.
  • Subject to Professional Services agreement.
